This workshop will give you valuable skills and insights into elevating your facilitation & presentation skills. It has been proven (with over 80 attendees) to be suitable and relevant for both experienced and inexperienced facilitators.

You will learn how to CONFIDENTLY:

• Facilitate sessions with groups from 5 - 25 people;

• Integrate story telling into your sessions to create impact;

• Deal with challenging participants;

• Create highly engaging workshops with ease; and

• Deliver both online and face-to-face workshops.

The workshop comprises of two modules that are each two hours long. These sessions will be split over 2 days and will be delivered online via Zoom. You will need to attend both sessions.

Module 1: Facilitation Foundations (10th September)

• Self-awareness & mindset to support quality facilitation

• Learning styles considerations

• Creating connection & workshop flow

• Harnessing the power of Story Telling

Module 2: Practical Facilitation Techniques (17th September)

• Creating effective engagement

• Dealing with challenging participants 

• Effective questioning techniques

• Creating an effective virtual session
